The fan-shaped atomizing nozzle is designed with an integrated structure, without internal blades, and the spray is smooth. The structure of the fan-shaped atomizing nozzle adopts the principle of atomization siphon. Siphon is a kind of fluid mechanics phenomenon, which can suck the liquid without the need of a pump. By adding gas pressure or decreasing liquid pressure, finer droplet sprays can be obtained, and then a higher gas mobility liquid flow rate ratio can be formed.
Through the special internal structure design of the fan-shaped spray overlapping nozzle, the liquid and gas can be evenly mixed together, and the spray of fine droplet size can be sprayed. By adding gas pressure or lowering liquid pressure, finer droplet sprays of about 30 microns can be obtained, and then a higher gas flow rate to liquid flow rate ratio can be formed.
